I'm trying to add text to the Childhood section of the Elton John page. In the edit function all my text shows, but on the page it stops halfway through.

What do you mean, it stops halfway through? Only part of the text is saved?

Elton John is a large article, which causes problems with some browsers. See If you have problems editing a long article. – Tivedshambo (talk) 17:59, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

Watch your syntax (see multiple references). You forgot your closing back slashes on your re-used ref tags. Forgetting those causes all the text to disappear until the next ref with a backslash. See my edit for details. 70.62.40.253 17:56, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
