Why the lack of Kanji? Andycjp (talk) 14:51, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

From the article "It is the first town in Saga to have its name spelled in hiragana rather than kanji." During its latest merger Miyaki chose to get rid of the kanji in its name and just use hiragana. More and more cities and towns are doing this. BilabialBoxing (talk) 02:57, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
