Miyuki is an artist who performs at the Japan pavilion inside the World Showcase section of the Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World. She creates sculptures on a stick from soft rice dough, making animals at the request of guests. She starts with a white base and adds color as needed. Guests are presented with the candy sculpture as an edible souvenir.

Miyuki is the first and only female trained in Japanese candy making.[1]
