Miyama, Wakayama

Miyama (美山村, Miyama-mura^?) was a village located in Hidaka District, Wakayama, Japan. On May 1, 2005, Miyama merged with several nearby towns to form the new town of Hidakagawa.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 2,107 and a density of 12.50 persons per km². The total area was 168.62 km².
