Miyakojima City Tropical Plant Garden

The Miyakojima City Tropical Plant Garden (宮古島市熱帯植物園, 120,000 m²) is a botanical garden located at 1166-286 Higashinakasonezoe, Hirara, Miyako-jima, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. It is open daily; admission is free.
The garden was established in 1964, and now contains about 40,000 tropical and subtropical plants representing some 1,600 species.
