Mix FM is a radio format used by many radio stations throughout the world.[citation needed] As its name suggests, it often advertises a mix of music, including both current and classic songs and alternative genres, though some stations focus on one to the exclusion of the other.[citation needed]
Radio formats change with time and no firm definition exists for most formats. What is adult contemporary to one station may be soft rock to another. [1]
