Mivacurium is a bisbenzylisoquinolinium based neuromuscular blocker or muscle relaxant.

In the TV series "Nip Tuck", a serial rapist ("The Carver") used "a modified form of mivacurium chloride" for disabling his victims while violating them.

Its use has been discontinued in America, but it is still used in England.[1].

It's a benzyl-Isoquinolinium agent.
