Are you saying that the image you posted on Chloë Agnew is not a modification of any image that was found on the Internet or a promotional image (or other copyrighted image)? - Thank you for the clarification. I would strongly suggest that you add wording to that effect to the image page itself, or if you would prefer, I'd be happy to do this for you.
