I actually was a member of the project, until such time as I found that that other party who had never joined the project determined s/he had authority to determine what articles that project would deal with. Exactly where that individual got the idea that s/he had the authority to do so is something I have never understood, and was actually the reason I left the project. I do agree with you about the "arrogance" you mentioned though, and my apologies for the comments of those not involved in the project on that page.
