[edit] Route description
Route 37C begins at an intersection with its parent route just northeast of Massena.[2] The route heads to the southeast, crosses a river and intersects with St. Lawrence County Route 46, a road that heads south to Massena. Route 37C then turns to the north, crossing through farmlands. Route 37C then turns steadily to the east, passing to the north of Cedar View Golf Course. 37C turns to the southeast again, passing dense forests to the north.[2]
Route 37C intersects with county roads before becoming concurrent with County Road 37.[2] Route 37 quickly turns off to the east as Route 37C continues to the northeast. Paralleling a river, Route 37C heads steadily in its direction and terminates at an intersection with New York State Route 37, its parent route in Hogansburg.[2]
[edit] History
The route was established by 1938.[3]
