It should be. The existing stub was about the private art museum owned by the billionaire. --Oddharmonic (talk) 05:41, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

I find it odd that the section on the art museum never mentions Mr. Rales, nor is there anything in the article to indicate any relationship whatsoever between them. --Russ (talk) 13:32, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
