Mittarfeqarfiit, Grønlands Lufthavnsvæsen or Greenlandic Airport Administration is the national airport operator of the airports in Greenland. Owned by the Greenlandic authorities, it operates 59 airports, of which 12 allow fixed-wing operation and the rest are heliports, of which 42 are considered helistops.

The company employees about 400 people, mainly staffing the twelve main airports. Most of the helistops are staffed by the airline. Mittarfeqarfiit also owns two airport hotels; at Kangerlussuaq and Narsarsuaq. It also operates a AFIS school at Narsarsuaq.

For all the airports operated by Mittarfeqarfiit, see List of airports in Greenland. The only airports with international flights are Kangerlussuaq Airport, Nuuk Airport and Narsarsuaq Airport.
