Mitsuru Sugaya

Mitsuru Sugaya (すがやみつる, Sugaya Mitsuru^?, originally 菅谷充, born September 20, 1950), is a mangaka, a fiction novel author, a writer of computer manuals, and a racing writer. Sugaya wrote and illustrated Game Center Arashi, a manga. He Also Drew A Manga tied to the Japanese Spiderman Show From The 70's.
