Mithun Manhas

Mithun Manhas (born 12 October 1979 in Jammu, India) is an Indian first-class cricketer who plays for Delhi as an allrounder. A right handed batsman, he also bowls right-arm offbreak and can keep wicket. He is also a player in the Indian Premier League representing Delhi Daredevils. Mithun started his cricketing Career playing for Jammu and Kashmir Team but because of his heroics he was advised by the Jammu Team Captain Bhaskar to try playing for Delhi Cricket Team . Mithun made it big in Delhi and also became the Captain of Delhi team . He was one of the most unluckiest guys when the board said they have selected his to represent Indian national team but later said that they had made a mistake and actually wanted Ashish Nehra . The BCCI was ridiculed for this by the media .
