Mithqaal

A mithqaal is an Indian weight containing 4 maashas and 3 1/2 rata'ii (مثقال)[citation needed]

It is equivalent to 4.25 grams when measuring gold,[1] or 4.5 grams when measuring commodities.[2] It may be less or more than this.[3]
