Mitchell Torok

Mitchell Torok (b. October 28, 1929) was an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Houston, Texas.
Torok scored a #1 country hit in the U.S. with "Caribbean" in 1953. He had two later hits on the Billboard Hot 100; "Pledge of Love" hit #25 in 1957, and "Caribbean" hit again in 1959, peaking at #27.[1] In 1960, "Pink Chiffon" peaked at #60.[2]
