[edit] Difference between CSN and User:RFC

Why couldn't the conversations that take place on CSN happen in user RFC's? That is what is seens as the difference in role between CSN and user RFC's? jbolden1517^Talk 16:58, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

There does seem to be one difference, which should be fixed. RfCs require that the user in question be notified, and given a chance to respond. (The requirement for a second may not be necessary; comments here that no-one else supports will be ignored. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 03:41, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

RFCs are widely derided as having no teeth to enforce anything. If it is to be used for sanctioning, RFCs need to be overhauled. hbdragon88 07:36, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
