This page doesn't really serve a purpose. It's not a guideline, a proposal, something that aids the Community..or supports it in a way. We can't move this to the article-namespace either, since the page is just a copy and paste (and translate, in this case), from elsewhere.-- SoothingR^(pour) 10:22, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
