[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Yahoo!

Is a Project really needed simply for the Yahoo! article? It has very little information, no members no templates and was created way back in May 2006 and has since had approximately 4 edits, with one being a bot tagging it as {{inactive}} and another it actually being created, is this necessary for a WikiProject?
