[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Without a Trace
Very inactive project. Over a month with no activity. It's been listed on the proposed projects page for the same exact time: no interest in it as well. RobJ1981 06:04, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. We really need a better way to discourage these kinds of WikiProjects. -- Ned Scott 06:09, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

- Comment - Although I'd probably agree, it was kinda mean sending it to MfD, considering I can't find any trace (no pun intended) of any MfD banner on the project page. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't see one. Due to this, Smartyshoe, may not have a chance to voice his opinion. he also seems like a newish member, so he probably wouldn't visit here very often to check. I think that a notice to the project or to Smartyshoe would have been better advised, stating how he could have gotten more members to the project & how to get it in full swing. For example, someone could have mentioned placing a post on the community portal notice board. Then if there was still not action from the member(s), then the right action would be to send it here. Deletionists always jump the gun... Spawn Man 04:48, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- Dang, you're right. Well, I guess we could extend the MfD so that it runs the full time with the MfD notice? -- Ned Scott 05:10, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- I'd be happy with a MfD extention. Just to be fair & all. And since we're all sticklers for policy (or else pages like this wouldn't exsist!) then I guess that placing the banner is a compulsory action when nominating an article for deletion... Spawn Man 05:25, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
