[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Reggaeton
Somewhat inactive Wikiproject with only two members and no set goals or informative userpage. All of the articles in the project's assumed scope are in serious need of help and all include fair-use images of living persons. Eddie 02:37, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Merge - Merge into WikiProject Puerto Rico, and turn it into a Taskforce, if Panama has a WikiProject create a taskforce there as well. -凶 02:41, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment- Why should it be merged with WikiProject Puerto Rico? Not all Reggaeton "musicians" are Puerto Rican. Eddie 04:02, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment - Hehe, I somehow knew this would come up. The project is supposed to cover Reggaeton, even if not all artists are Puerto Rican the genre is, the mayority of reggaeton artists are Puerto Rican anyways, it seems to be the most logical choice even if some of the scope of this minuscule project falls outside WP:PUR. -凶 04:06, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it be easier to make it a task force of WikiProject Music? Eddie 16:45, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- I thought that at the begining but then I realized that it would drown the young Project, the scope of WikiProject Music is to wide, reggaeton may be popular but there are to many pages located before it by priority. -凶 18:47, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

- Keep a poorly defined article or project is not criteria for deletion. See WP:DEL#Editing for more information. The project is fairly new which explains the amount of participants. How about improving the page instead of nominating it for deletion. --Pasajero 05:53, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Lets give this project sometime to organize and build up. It will not do any harm to give it some time to get off the ground.--†Sir James Paul† 09:24, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep - at least temporarily. Despite really poor efforts in publicizing it, the project does have two members in roughly one month of existence. Let's give it a bit longer to try to gain remembers before removing it completely. John Carter 15:19, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep - I agree with Warlordjohncarter. Let it at least try to build up some steam, before it is deleted. --Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (ταlκ) 20:51, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep- I agree with everyone who said to keep the wikiproject on reggaeton because more people would like to join, and currently there isnt enough information about this project, but if wikipedia would have posted more information maby more people would be in the project, so if you want them to keep this EVERYONE PUT THEIR NAME UNDER THE PROJECT AS A MEMEBER.Nosaints4life 21:09, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Do you think that this can be closed soon? There is one merge vote, 5 keep, and zero oppose. I am pretty sure that there is a consensus to keep.--†Sir James Paul† 03:08, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep for now, at least let it try and get something done. Hut 8.5 14:57, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
