[edit] Wikipedia:Ignore this page
Lame. Halo 16:08, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment: By nominating the page for deletion, you have failed to follow its instructions. But I will admit that I was expecting a much more clever allusion to the barber paradox or paradox or self-reference. Newyorkbrad 16:10, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment- I honestly have no opinion on the page, as it seems insignificant. I don't however recall any deletion policies acknowledging "lame" as criteria. -wizzard2k (C•T•D) 16:26, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia:Use common sense. -Halo 16:30, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Strong keep. Works as a useful psychological experiment. I may have referenced it in numerous articles in high-profile magazines. --Milton 17:38, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment That can't possibly be true. The article has only existed for the last 48 hours. Ford MF 20:58, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as nonsense, per Milton Stanley. --tjstrf talk 18:15, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as does not help the project's goal of building an encyclopedia. Not sufficiently funny or clever for BJAODN. Barno 18:48, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Keep. There are a lot of things that don't help the project's goal, but are kept. It's not doing any harm, which is what is important. If you don't want to keep it in the Wikipedia space, the Userfy. There is absolutely no reason why this should be deleted. If the consensus is that it should not be kept, it must be userfied. --Deskana (talk) 19:01, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Actually no, the fact that it's "not doing any harm" is not really important. A frequently employed argument against deletion is "it's not hurting anybody", but it's generally considered an "arguement without an arguement", on par with "let's keep it because I like it" or "it's cool". You haven't really provided a case for why its retention is necessary. It's unencyclopedic and contributes no value to the project. Ford MF 20:58, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Keep I saw this just yesterday. It's cute. If not kept, userfy. YechielMan 19:24, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. Patently unencyclopedic nonsense. Ford MF 20:58, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Keep. I can see no violation of policy in this page. I'm all for deletionism of crap, but this is just funny. -N 20:55, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Content not suited for an encyclopedia about covers it I think. Ford MF 21:04, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Strong Delete. "Cute" isn't encylopedic. The fact that it is a Wikipedia page only makes it more insulting. Wikipedia is meant to be a reference, not an email forward. --mordicai. 21:03, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
