[edit] Wikipedia:ISG, Wikipedia:ISG/SC, Wikipedia:ISG/CD
The ISG's purpose is to calculate statistics. We only work with statistics that are not calculated by software. For efficiency reasons we have programs that work on each type of statistic. Per this, a hopless experiment in beaurocracy with an unclear task that doesn't make sense. Page was created earlier today, and has only one contributor, who has started this sort of thing before. digital_me(TalkˑContribs) 04:20, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. I tried to decipher what the user aims to achieve, but was unable to effectively communicate. See User talk:Geo.plrd#Statistics (which was in regards to Wikipedia:SCAG, an earlier iteration of this). The user seems needs some sort of patient guidance on how Wikipedia is not a bureaucracy, and how we're an encyclopedia first and a community only in support of that. --Quiddity 05:46, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Delete I hate to say it, but I think this is basically a wish for a position of authority. ~Kylu (u|t) 07:22, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

- Reply. Statistics was in regard to this where I was asking User:Zoe whether or not this would be instantly deleted. Please tell me what I need to change to stop deletion. Geo. 20:39, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think there is anything that could be done to make this work, as it is a hopless experiment in beaurocracy, and I can't even tell what it's supposed to be about. Perhaps you could explain what exactly this ISG is supposed to do, and why you have no other contributors?--digital_me(TalkˑContribs) 21:17, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Reply The ISG's purpose is to calculate statistics that the software does not bother with. I am the only contributor because I started the group recently and I was still recruiting volunteers and a oversight body. There are two proposals on the talk page of Wikipedia:ISG/SC. One involves calculating the Mediation success rate, which would show the effectiveness of mediation.Geo. 21:38, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Alright, so you have a mission, albeit one that is still very hard to implement, what with only one contributor, but how do you address the fact that ISG is so bogged down with beaurocracy that nothing is likely to happen? From this, and your previous actions, it looks like you simply want authority. How do you address that?--digital_me(TalkˑContribs) 00:10, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- Tell me what you think needs to be removed. I do not want authority, and I have learned from my mistakes.Geo. 00:39, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

- Delete, more of Geo's non-encyclopedic efforts. User:Zoe|(talk) 01:34, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- Delete, doesn't seem to be doing anything, bureaucracy hasn't been cleaned up. Ashibaka tock 03:00, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
