[edit] Wikipedia:Edits Per Day
Encourages blatant editcountitis; it even says that if you have less than 50 edits a dayyou should take a wikibreak. For the record I average around that each day but it recommends the EPD being "relatively high - over 500." Take this statement too: "[EPD] should also be a key factor in supporting/rejecting an RfA candidate." Normally I would let such essay pages go, but when these judge on quantity not quality of edits, I simply must step in. I'm an Editorofthewiki[citation needed] 00:01, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Delete This page seems unecessary. It seems to encourage editcountis and has a certain time to try WP:RFA. Users should run when ready, not at a specific time. -- RyRy5 (talk ♠ Review) 00:17, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Delete This was actually a test to see if I could create a page without it getting deleted for more than 3 days The test worked I wonder how it got found out. Anyways I don't really believe in any of that Get deleting,really.:)Xp54321 (talk) 01:18, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Delete In actual fact, I copy edited this, but didn't create the essay. The thing itself is very weak, and I can't see that it has a lot of merit so would be fine with removing it.(olive (talk) 02:52, 16 May 2008 (UTC))
- Delete - Encourages editcountitis, this is not the way to go when judging whether to support at RfA. Also, the original creator has recommended deletion above. RichardΩ612 Ɣ |ɸ 05:49, May 16, 2008 (UTC)
KeepBah, seriously... Anyone thinking this is serious definitely needs a clue stick. 5000 edits per day for admins hopefuls? I see this essay as sarcasm against people having serious editcountitis issues. -- lucasbfr talk 06:32, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Merge to Wikipedia:Editcountitis Ok, someone tells me I might be too sarcastic and this page could be serious. Sooo let's do it this way ;) -- lucasbfr talk 06:44, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Make very clear it's only humour or Delete. I was also thinking of tagging it as "humor" and expanding it, as soon as it's very very clear that it's only humour, see my edits[1]. Wikipedia:Editcountitis has a totally different topic, I don't think we can merge anything there --Enric Naval (talk) 09:18, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
