I don't think this page is necessary as well as Wiki (disambiguation). Wiki wiki already redirects to Wiki (which covers the commonest meaning of "Wiki Wiki"), not here. Also, there is an awful lot of crossover between the senses of "wiki" and "wiki wiki" making two separate dab pages unnecessary and hard to maintain (there are already entries for things called "Wiki Wiki" that have been added on Wiki (disambiguation) that don't appear here yet).
