Page appears to be used for a person's notes. It has not been edited in months, has no links to it, and the author has not made any other edits. -- kenb215 01:50, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. Wikipedia is not a free webhost. "Wikipedians have their own user pages, but they may be used only to present information relevant to working on the encyclopedia." These notes have nothing to do with Wikipedia, noone other than User:Hjel0045 edited it, and these are his only edits. --Zoz (t) 17:31, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
