This is the page for a self-proclaimed multiuser who has failed to respond to a request on their talk page regarding what circumstances legitimise this activity. This user has made no contributions as far as I can see (to existing articles anyways) and their userpage is seemingly being used to host information for meatspace activities, akin to a forum.
