The result of the debate was Moot - user has moved the page to a sandbox and is actively editing it under guidance from an experienced editor. Even if it doesn't meet standards it is no longer at the location nominated, which is a blank page - nominated page is no longer even in page history. Wikipedia is not a blog, webspace provider, or social networking site. User hasn't made any substantial contributions outside of editing her userpage, which she is essentially using as a free web host.--TBC!?! 20:01, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
