• Keep - Erm, what's the reason for deletion? Just because a userpage is "odd", or a temporary placeholder, isn't a reason to delete it (providing it doesn't violate any policies, which this doesn't). CSD G2 doesn't really apply either (test pages are allowed in userspace), and if the user doesn't want it (an assertion for which no evidence has been provided), s/he can tag it accordingly.
