user is sockpuppet of Serio1 and is using the new account as a way to bypass the deletion of the article Serio. His abuses when Serio1 were enough that the page is protected to prevent creation and he was indef blocked. Current page is solely for self promotion and has no bearing on Wikipedia except to bypass previous decisions through AFD. See AFD for Serio User also reported as sockpuppet.   Comment I'm not a policy expert, but after reading that, it seems pretty clear. I have him submitted as a sockpuppet (no action yet) and the guy has been a real problem deleting AFD tags and such, demanding that his article remain, about him, published by his own music label.
