[edit] User:Seffworm/SuperSecretHiddenPage
Seffworm (talk · contribs)'s only 2 contributions are to this page and one other use subpage (which redirects to this page). These were both in February 2007. There are no other contributions from the account. Metros232 23:39, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
Addendum I'm also nominating User:Elfworm/SuperSecretHiddenPage which is the same exact situation. Elfworm (talk · contribs) has 2 contributions. This appears to be Selfworm (talk · contribs) making subpages on alternate accounts. This seems wholly inappropriate to me: registering sockpuppet accounts just to create games. Delete - consider using prod next time. Addhoc 23:52, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Keep all. Main user has plenty of mainspace contributions. Such games are perfectly ok, as they foster interhuman contact among editors, and also per WP:FUN. Also having multiple accounts is not actually banned in WP:SOCK. Nardman1 23:53, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Keep - Selfworm has used alternate accounts to make these pages harder to find. If he did nothing but play games and use Wikipedia as Myspace, it would be one thing, but when looking at his primary account's contributions, he is primarily editing mathematics articles and not wasting time in user space, so that should be taken into account. - Keep - established mainspace editors should be given more leeway regarding to userspace. WooyiTalk, Editor review 01:48, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- Keep, per Wooyi. Abeg92contribs 14:09, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- Keep as this user is an active contributor and deserves a certain amount of leeway. If the user didn't contribute much, I'd be advocating deletion, but as they do, I don't believe it's appropriate to delete these pages. --Deskana (fry that thing!) 14:24, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- Keep, active contributors have more leeway. Titoxd(?!? - cool stuff) 03:21, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Creating accounts merely for playing games is not appropriate use of resources. Not a dog 21:36, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Comment I am the owner the accounts: Selfworm, Seffworm, and Elfworm. I do not use nor need the Elfworm account. I would have deleted the Elfworm account myself if I had the ability to do so and I would like to ask an administrator to please delete this account for me.
As for the other two accounts, the Selfworm account is my primary account; this is the account that I vote and edit with. The sole purpose of the Seffworm account is to keep the SuperSecretHiddenPage a secret and hidden page. I do NOT use this account for anything else; I do not vote, edit, or violate Wikipedia's policy in any way with the Seffworm account.
If it is possible to delete the Seffworm account but keep the SuperSecretHiddenPage then I would be willing to part with the Seffworm account. Is this possible?_selfworm_ ( Give me a piece of your mind · Userboxes · Contribs )_ 23:30, 14 April 2007 (UTC) - Delete. This isn't a game of finding Easter eggs, userspace is designed to benefit the project by outlining things that may be relevant contributions. A sock that makes a funny ha-ha is not relevant to the spirit of Userpages, no matter the contributions. Teke 06:09, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
