The result of the debate was Speedy delete in accordance with WP:CSD#G11 Although I am not an administrator and am not supposed to close MfD's that are deletes, I have closed this discussion because an administrator has already deleted the page under WP:CSD#G11 and the user has been blocked.[1] I felt there was no point in keeping a discussion going when the page has already been deleted.
