These user subpages seem intended to serve as a portal for the Operational, Health and Safety (OH&S) codes and manuals of a particular college. Wikipedia is not a free webhost for content unrelated to the encyclopedia. There are numerous websites that offer free webspace, including ones that provide the wiki software. I would have preferred to discuss the issue with the user prior to starting a deletion discussion, but s/he has not edited since August 25. Delete. Black Falcon ^(Talk) 15:03, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Comment The sandbox is intended for working on projects for Wikipedia. What do the contents of any of these sandboxes have to do with Wikipedia? As I noted above, all of your contributions here are limited to the sandboxes; you haven't made a single edit to the article space.
