The result of the debate was speedy keep due to the nominator's misunderstanding. The cited guideline explains that userspace "is not intended to indefinitely archive your preferred version of disputed or previously deleted content," which is not what is occurring here. (The page's creator has explicitly advised editors to refrain from inserting content pertaining to the dispute.) As quoted below, it also states that "pages kept in userspace should not be designed to functionally substitute for articles or Wikipedia space pages," but if you read the subsequent text, it's clear that this is referring to the practice of directing readers to the page as though it's part of the encyclopedia. That userpages "can be used as a development ground for generating new content" is stated in the very same paragraph, and this is a particularly appropriate instance (given the fact that the article has been nominated for deletion and users are unable to edit it to do an unrelated dispute). —David Levy 23:03, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Obvious attempt to subvert the Full protection placed per ArbCom clarification. Already exists in the appropriate namespace Encyclopedia Dramatica. Per Wikipedia:User_page#Copies_of_other_pages. Inapropriate use of userspace during a content dispute.
