[edit] User:Rlw3d/sandbox
User contacted me via e-mail expressing a desire for information on why an article was deleted and a wish to work on it further. I userfied the material on September 18th with a note explaining policies at his his talk page. The editor has not edited on Wikipedia since or contacted me further. On November 4th, I left another note advising that I would request deletion of the userfied material on November 9th as such can only be stored temporarily. - Weak keep (for now) The user obviously showed good faith by playing by the rules. WP:UP is vague in what is "long-term". If this user is a professional, he may be busy - 2 months is not relatively "long-term". I would tend to give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being. Six months seems "long-term", but then again, it is all subjective. :) I would vote "delete" otherwise, but after only 2 months, I respectfully lean "keep (for now)".--12 Noon 17:13, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
- Userfication is not for any length of time you want. It's to fix the article. This has not happened, and there is no indication that it will happen. Therefore should be deleted. I (talk) 23:32, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
- 'Delete As the article on this subject is the user's only contribution, and as the material is undoubtedly available elsewhere, there is no reason to keep it further.DGG (talk) 22:10, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
