Linkspam with blatantly promotional language.
I nominated this page for deletion before; the result was "Relist in a few weeks if there is no activity. Relist immediately if inappropriate user page activity continues". Well, it's now more than 3 weeks after the previous MfD, and a whole month after Nathan Shaw created this page; there's still no activity on the page, and the blatantly promotional linkspam still shows no signs of going away.
