- User:LordsReform/History (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) - This one also for essentially the same reasons.
Although sourced, this seems to be an original research essay discussing the merits of governmental reform and not an encyclopedic article draft. This hasn't been edited in any significant manner since 2006 and we already have an article on the subject at Lords Reform. RichardΩ612 Ɣ ɸ 15:36, May 26, 2008 (UTC)
