The result of the debate was Delete all. Non-encyclopedic content is permitted on the userpages of established editors by custom and as a courtesy only. In cases where non-established users seem to employ their userpages as a quasi-webpage for personal miscellany, WP:NOT clearly applies. Xoloz 02:09, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

- Keep if the user wants it kept. "Not a free webhost" is a weak argument that is never consistently applied. Everyking 10:15, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

- Keep until more compelling rationale given. Based on cursory examination, these are all pages which were created in article space, and then userfied by InShanee, presumably (though I did not check) as the result of an AFD. If this is the case, then presumably the decision was to userfy, and then that's what we should do, unless the destination (Lawodis) does not want it. Or InShanee believes that his userfy action was the wrong action, but then please Zoe and InShanee explain what is going on. Martinp 22:59, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- If there is such an AfD, it does not link to the articles. It looks to me like InShanee moved the articles and then nominated them here; and I think he was correct to do so. They do not belong in article space; they may belong in User space. They could have been speedied, as making no claim to notability; I applaud InShanee's collegiality and restraint. - Actually, I did the nominating after InShanee had moved them out of article space. WP:USER tells us what can and cannot be in User space, and it specifically says Your userpage is for anything that is compatible with the Wikipedia project. It is a mistake to think of it as a homepage: Wikipedia is not a free host, webspace provider, or social networking site. Instead, think of it as a way of organizing the work that you are doing on the articles in Wikipedia, and also a way of helping other editors to understand with whom they're working.. How do these pages accomplish this? User:Zoe|(talk) 02:32, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
