The result of the debate was speedy delete as WP:CSD#G11, WP:CSD#G7, and a userpage if indef-blocked user. WODUP 09:10, 19 December 2007 (UTC)

COI with the username (the user page is about a company called Infronics), the page was marked for CSD-spam deletion by an IP. (Incidentally, I'm not good with the UAA requirements, should he/she be blocked?) Keilana 23:19, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

• Keep User just created account, too bitey. I also just noticed that this page, User:Rosencomet/Grey School of Wizardry, and User:Smithforkranch were all tagged for speedy as spam by the same IP [1], possibly trying to make a point, then Keilana denied the speedy and brought them here. I am leaning towards thinking the IP noms are in bad faith (nothing against Keilana).--12 Noon ^2¢ 00:23, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
  • I agree, don't think they are spam at all, I'll just keep denying the speedies and posting on the users' talk pages. I just wanted to bring them here for discussion, just in case. Keilana 00:36, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
• Delete - I have to respectfully disagree with 12 Noon and Keilana about the nature of the nominations. While I'm no admin and certainly can't fault Keilana for being hesitant to delete the page, the text reads like an advertisement to me, and the fact that it was written by a user whose name matches the topic indicates a role account (incidentally, I've reported the user to WP:UAA as promotional in nature since it matches a company name). I'm with 12 Noon 110% on striving to avoid biting new good faith editors with hasty MfD nominations, but I make an exception for blatant cases like this one. --jonny-mt 07:26, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
