Deleting administrator should be aware that there are many images uploaded by the user (related to his user page) that are orphaned or used solely on his user page. These images should be deleted along with the user page.
Page violates WP:NOT. This user is clearly using his user page as a personal website. Runch 22:59, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- Comment. There is a notation at the Rail page for a band by the same name. There is no record of such a page ever existing. If this is the same band (I can't tell from the text) perhaps the page could be edited and moved to the Rail (band) red-link location. Badbilltucker 23:28, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- Comment: The Rail (band) (not to be confused with Rail Band), was, according to the disambig page, an "80's heavy metal band from Seattle" (see their website). This user page is about a wholly different band (the user page notes he was born in 1980, for example). - Runch 23:37, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- Delete - as per the information wonderfully supplied by Runch above, this appears to be pure unreferenced self-promotion. Badbilltucker 23:55, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- This was moved to his user page as a result of this AFD discussion. While the user has made the vast bulk of his edits to his own user-page, the contribution history does show some good-faith edits to real encyclopedia pages. While this is excessive and not really appropriate for a user-page, it might be allowable if it were trimmed down. If that occurs, there is no reason to delete the pagehistory. I do note that no one has raised this on the user's Talk page yet. Keep pending a discussion with the user. Give him a chance to correct it himself first. - Comment - The creator of the page has been notified. I hope we hear from him soon. Badbilltucker 13:07, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
- Comment: Sorry for not doing that first. This is my first MfD nomination. - Runch 15:52, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
FROM ELI POULIN- I have corrected the RAIL problem, is this enough? I am not using this as my personal website, I have my own personal website. I deleted A LOT of stuff. This is a legit information, please let me keep this. I contribute on a regular basis on wikipedia.
- Delete this page appears to be a pretty clear example of self-promotion, though not quite advertisement. Robotam 17:24, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
I WILL GET RID OF MORE STUFF TONIGHT. ELI
- Delete the whole thing. Wikipedia is not a webhost for self-promotion. Doesn't this guy know about myspace? Fan-1967 00:43, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
