User page simulates Wikipedia article.

I ran across this user page last night. I added the "userpage" template to the user page. Aside from that and the namespace, it has every appearance of being a Wikipedia article, and is self-promotional. It is included in a number of article categories. A Wikipedia article on the same subject was previously deleted, see Wikipedia: Articles for deletion/Dr. Patti "Diamondlady" Diamond, DD. It appears this user page was created about the same time.
