• Reverse the speedy-deletion. Rather than speedying the page, I think that this content should have been moved from the talk page to the article page. If the same content had been on the article page, you might have considered it a self-evident stub and have made it into a redirect but it would not have qualified for speedy-deletion. I consider the creation on the Talk page to have been a new-user mistake. On further thought, it was probably an innocent attempt by a new user to work around our new rule that anon users can't create article pages. Since the user couldn't create the article page, he/she posted the best content he/she had on the Talk page in the hopes that a signed in user would use it to create the article. Our new rules on page creation are not perfectly clear. Rossami (talk) 18:55, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
  • There is already a mention of hinged handcuffs in handcuffs. I had not recognized that this was probably an attempted article creation, I thought it was probably a leftover from the article itself being deleted - I've seen users copy the article into the talk page so that both are identical. Given that, I guess it does not fit the spirit of CSD G8, although it still fits the letter. If not speedy, delete it anyway. -- stillnotelf is invisible 22:01, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
• I have made the article page as a redirect to handcuffs, which is probably what it should be. On that basis, Keep as now a normal talk page on a redirect (not that deletion of the talk page would do grave harm or anything...) Xoloz 22:46, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
