[edit] Portal:Uganda
Unmaintained portal. Not feasable as there are too few interested editors. No substancial change of content since July 2005. The portal was created by this nominator. - Ezeu 04:05, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- I withdraw this nomination and request a speedy keep per the comments below. --Ezeu 18:13, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Keep. Is a lack of updates a legitimate grounds for deletion of a portal? The page actually doesn't look too bad, it's an appropriate topic for a portal, and it will likely be expanded eventually. I don't see any strong reason for deletion. --TantalumTelluride 04:36, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Strong Keep per Tantalum Telluride. This a portal about an African nation, and WP is notoriously underinformed on Africa. Everything that can be reasonably done to encourage growth should be done. The fact that it is unmaintained is sadly no surprise, but it is valuable, and should be kept as long as the nation exists to promote growth of the topic. Xoloz 12:09, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
