I'm not sure what the project is meant to be about, the creator Jay P pledged to update it every week, yet the three edits on the 16 June 2005 are the user's only edits. All other edits to the page are relatively minor, involving link updating. I suggest deleting, or perhaps userfying to User:Jay P in case that user ever returns.
