Fair use rationale for Image:Carlosruiztagle.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Carlosruiztagle.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Bad fair use claim on Image:Guns.jpg

I notice you uploaded the image Image:Guns.jpg with the {{non-free currency}} fair use image tag. However, it appears that this tag is totally unrelated to the content of the image, and as a result it may qualify for speedy deletion. Image:Guns.jpg has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you can find a valid tag that expresses why Image:Guns.jpg can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the {{non-free currency}} tag that you have placed on it with that tag.
