[edit] Categorization
I pulled this out of the "Radio stations in Mississippi" category" for the exact same reason Alai gave when they did the same thing a week ago: This is not the way to populate these articles with the category. It's best to add the category directly to the article so that the sorting can be refined (as I am in the process of doing right now). Also, the station articles won't "disappear" from the category when the article is de-stubbed. I'm just following the standards of the WikiProject Radio Stations and the example of the other 49 state stub templates. - Dravecky 05:15, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
- Well I guess had it been explained better to me by Alai, I'd understand. It used to be as:
- [[Category:Southern United States radio station stubs<noinclude>| Mississippi</noinclude>]]
- and
- [[Category:Mississippi stubs<noinclude>|Radio stations</noinclude>]]
- but apparently there wasn't a |Mississippi in Cat:Southern United States radio station stubs nor a |Radio stations in Cat:Mississippi stubs.
- It just seems unorganized to me to throw everything that gets any sort of Mississippi stub onto one page instead of organized subcats in Cat:Mississippi stubs and any other Southern Unite States cat. Whether it's the newspaper, TV, radio, airport, structure or school stub, they all get thrown onto one page with no organization whatsoever. I'm just trying to get WikiProject Mississippi organized and every time I turn around, someone is deleting something, moving something.. it's frustrating. Anyway, have at it since apparently I haven't a clue what I'm doing or how the category system works. -- ALLSTAR ECHO 05:34, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
