I feel this article is complementing the Mississauga Library System a little bit too much, especially where it says:

The Library offers many services and programs such as story times, March Break activities and more for children and families. Resources range from advice to parents on choosing books to web sites for kids - both for fun and for school projects.

Children's Dial-A-Story: listen to a new preschool story each week in the comfort of your own home. Call as often as you want, any time of the day. To listen to a story call 905-615-3500 and choose option #4.

It would be helpful if sources other than the official website (which is obviously biased on its favour) were used. Perhaps the mentioning of criticism from a third-part and the avoiding of ambiguos or weasel words such as fun and comfort would be helpful as well.
