[edit] MILAN Anti-Tank Guided Weapon Carrier

The above vehicle, a variant of the Warrior Tracked Armoured Vehicle, has been deployed by the British Army to provide a means of engaging MBT's in support of reconnaissance units. One was recorded destroying an abandoned Iraqi tank outside of Basrah (after its 30mm gun had proven ineffective.) The Bradley AVF also is shown as having TOW missiles as an option. Whilst neither have the armour afforded MBT's they could meet a definition of Missile Tank. LessHeard vanU 21:55, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Article seems to be inaccurate

The article states the Missile Tanks are "Hypothetical" and that none have ever been deployed, yet the IT-1 and Taifun articles seem to suggest that they were built, and at-least the IT-1 was deployed to the Soviet army from 1968 to 1970. Any explanation for this discrepancy? If I can find some time I'll try to rewrite it to include these. --Hibernian 19:25, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
