Mister Monday is the first trustee of the Architect. His key can be separated into the two hands of a clock; the hour hand and the minute hand.

The hour hand is possessed by Mister Monday, and is the more powerful, but slower, of the two halves. The minute hand is the less powerful of the two, but can be used more often. Mister Monday gave the minute hand to Arthur Penhaligon, in accordance to the Will of the Architect.
The two hands can be combined to form the entire key, which is a long sword, the hour hand becoming the hilt, and the minute hand extending to become the blade.
The Keys have extremely rapid healing powers, and the ability to transform, along with other unmetioned abilities.

This is the Hour Hand part of the Key.
