Miss Venezuela 1969 was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 1st, 1969. Maria José Yellici, Miss Aragua was crowned Miss Venezuela 1969 by Peggy Kopp, Miss Venezuela 1968. On October, Yellici resigned after 3 months of her reign, and Marcia Piazza from Departamento Vargas was crowned the new Miss Venezuela. The pageant was broadcast on RCTV from the Teatro Paris (now called Teatro La Campiña) in Caracas, Venezuela.
